Sony/Columbia 2 502876 O Novo Balão Amigos do Peito Quem Mandou Não Estudar? Shown above are members of the latest formation of the popular children's band of the eighties 'Balão Mágico'. The members all came from the children's talent agency 'Talentos Brilhantes'. there names were Daniel Garcia, Renan, Gabriela and Bianca. They were around seven years of age when they released their only CD in 2002. The album contains two of the successes of the original group 'Amigos do Peito' and 'Superfantastíco', and a few other well known children's songs. The album was not a success. Like the original band the singing is very rough round the edges. Daniel Garcia went on to become a 'Joven Talentos' in 2006 for a short while but was contracted by a rival TV channel to appear in a Novela and had to leave Raul Gil's program.
